Primary Responsibilities:

Design, configure, implement and deploy the Professional Services Automation (PSA) application functionality, workflow, business rules and algorithms based on Salesforce and Certinia framework to meet business objectivesWork with internal stakeholders to translate their business requirements into a working solution using Certinia suite of productsClearly communicate technical information, concepts and solutionsParticipate with the implementation of Salesforce and Certinia Professional Services Automation (PSA) product offeringsTroubleshoot end-user application problems as neededStay updated with current Certinia PSA best practicesProvide technical assistance and supervision to other project team membersDesign the integration of products with various applications like Salesforce, NetSuite and CPQCollaborate with internal stakeholders primarily with Professional services teams, Project Managers, Finance reports and other integrated application leadsDevelop workarounds to difficult problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as neededQualifications:

4 + years Salesforce end-to-end implementation support for medium and/or large sized companies2+ years of experience with Certinia PSASalesforce Administrator or Developer I certificationExperience with different integrated development environments such as , Visual Studio Code or similar toolsSalesforce development experience using Apex Triggers and Classes, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript and XMLApplication integration experience with Salesforce, NetSuite and CPQProven technical acumen experience to translate business requirements into functional and technical designExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English
