Enterprise Systems Manager - Accounting & HR at Chargebee

The Enterprise Systems Manager - Accounting & HR, reporting to the SVP, Global Business Technology, is responsible for overseeing the financial systems and HRIS used by the Corporate Finance and Corporate HR teams at Chargebee. This position will actively participate in the management of Adaptive Insights and potentially contribute to the creation and execution of new software solutions.

The Systems Manager possesses the autonomy to identify opportunities for system and process enhancements and to expand the company's data and reporting capabilities in alignment with the goals of the role.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Administering Netsuite, Expensify, Success Factors, and other Financial and HR systems
  • Collaborating with the FP&A team and various departments including Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, HR, and IT
  • Managing user access and data security responsibilities
  • Enhancing reporting capabilities by creating and presenting financial and key metrics reports to management and the board of directors
  • Identifying needs, planning, and executing system improvements
  • Potentially phasing out existing Financial and HR Information Systems
  • Ensuring all deliverables adhere to best practice standards, encompassing comprehensive testing and quality documentation
  • Developing and maintaining administrative documentation and conducting end-user training
  • Deploying, customizing, and updating software and applications
  • Offering technical assistance, issue resolution, and guidance to HR staff
  • Recognizing and resolving system problems, collaborating with IT, HR partners, and vendors as required
  • Collaborating across departments to grasp business requirements and provide actionable insights for ongoing needs
  • Creating end-user procedures, guidelines, and workflow documentation
  • Identifying avenues for process enhancement, automation, operational efficiency, and security within business systems
  • Analyzing workflows and suggesting functional enhancements or system improvements to ensure thorough identification, evaluation, testing, and implementation of process and system requirements


Must Haves:
  • Proficiency in financial systems, particularly Netsuite
  • Experience with HR systems like Success Factors, Workday, and Oracle Fusion
  • Familiarity with various systems such as Coupa, Oracle Fusion, Expensify, Travel/T&E systems, third-party payroll providers, and Bank Integrations
  • Financial background with a grasp of accounting, financial reporting, income statements, and planning
