Lead/Senior Business Development Executive

Hybrid // Work from office (Hyderabad ) three days – Tuesday –
Wednesday Thursday Target: 2-3 executed meetings per month. (24 executed meetings in a year min.) + Team Lead role.
Timing:
4 PM IST to 1AM IST. Must be able to generate 3 4 meetings per month from US/ UK region.
Should have exposure preferably from IT services and technologies like Cloud, QA, AI/ML, DS, DE, Java, Mobility, Custom App Dev, SF, ServiceNow etc.
Looking for people who have worked in IT services companies in the inside sales role.Inside Sales Responsibilities:
Work closely with Practice Directors (Technical) and US Onsite Sales to run the assigned campaign as per the directions and guidelines to generate volumes of leads/opportunities.
Consistently Maintain meetings/pipeline forecasting to meet monthly/quarterly/yearly targets. Understand, Sales Nav, Zoominfo, D& B and other research tools available in the market. Should be strong in Inside Sales US Cold calling experience. Should be able to draft compelling email. Articulate thoughts into words. Keen eye for Social connect with prospect. Knowledge of data, US – Geo, RPC and lead generation process. Performing Sourcing, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, prospecting, finding new customers, Converting Leads. Should have prior experience working with " C" & " D" level executives with B2B Clients. Demonstration of achievement, with tenacity and determination Creative mind can think on feet. Should be Positive, can-do attitude, team player.Excellent communication (written & verbal), Inside Sales US Cold calling experience, good analytical skills, ability to work in 4PM-2AM Should have targeted higher revenue prospects in past companies (revenue size of $100M to $5 B).
