Job Description

  • Identify potential business prospects and target clients in specific segments to secure profitable ventures by assessing market insights.
  • Manage Business Development activities by onboarding new companies and delivering comprehensive logistics solutions.
  • Record client visit outcomes accurately in the system.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients via courtesy calls for feedback and new business opportunities.
  • Handle RFQs, collaborate with Inside Sales for ongoing quotations.
  • Comprehend the competitive landscape and internal cost structures for competitive pricing strategies.
  • Develop SOPs for customer service and operations teams to manage new accounts efficiently.
  • Assess customers' credit requirements and complete necessary documentation (if applicable).
  • Ensure timely collection of payments for all invoices.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record in business development and sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management.
