
Customer Service Specialist – Sales Support

Responsibilities:
Customer Support Activities
- Arrange quotation as per request from BD team
- Process Purchase orders received from customers and execute the orders
- Send sales invoice and related documents upon shipment on daily basis
Sales Support
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist the sales team with proposal preparation and quote generation.
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfilment teams to ensure delivery timelines are met.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain open order report and send weekly order summary to seniors
- Daily shipment report to be sent to seniors
- Prepare and distribute monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Track KPIs such as lead conversion rates, order status, and customer satisfaction.
- Support the preparation of business performance reviews and presentations.
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Administrative Tasks
- Organize and update internal sales documents and databases.
- Assist in onboarding new customers or clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to streamline sales processes.
Expected Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
