We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Customer Support Manager to lead and evolve our post-sales customer support experience. A person who can create-elevate the Customer Happiness Index.
This role demands a balance of execution and strategic oversight — someone who can both deliver stellar support directly to homeowners and architect scalable systems for long-term customer happiness.
You will be responsible for building the foundation of how support is structured, how queries are handled, and how customers feel heard, valued, and assured through their homeownership journey with us.
This is not a reactive support role — this is relationship-led experience management.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the single point of contact for all post-sales customer queries, concerns, and relationship needs
• Strategically design and implement customer support SOPs, communication frameworks, and escalation flows
• Manage daily post-sales interactions via calls, email, WhatsApp Business, zoom-meeting calls, or in-person — providing structured updates, solving concerns, and ensuring timely follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Projects, Accounts) to resolve queries and pre-empt customer pain points
• Develop a unified view of each customer using CRM tools and document key interactions, feedback, and milestones
• Set the tone and voice of the Reneev support experience — warm, respectful, informative, and proactive
• Design and drive processes for customer visits, update reports, gifting experiences, milestone celebrations, and walkthroughs
• Build a calendar of experience checkpoints — e.g. structured update calls, festive greetings, Zoom follow-ups, etc.
• Identify repeatable tasks that can be productised or delegated in future and begin documentation
• Provide regular reporting to leadership on support metrics, customer feedback, and actionable insights
• Participate in key project update meetings to stay current on construction milestones and proactively communicate with customers

Skills and Education
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably with specialisation in hospitality, psychology, communications, or service leadership)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer support, post-sales relationship management, or service operations — preferably in real estate, hospitality, luxury retail, or high-involvement products
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Gujarati, English, and Hindi
• Experience in managing premium or high-value customers with a sense of discretion, care, and emotional intelligence
• Hands-on experience in CRM tools, ticketing systems, and structured communication formats
• Ability to think both operationally and strategically — solve the issue today, and prevent it tomorrow
• A proactive, empathetic, and service-first mindset
• Comfort in leading initiatives solo while designing for future team growth
