We’re redefining the real-estate sales experience with an immersive metaverse platform enabling developers and agents to offer interactive, customizable virtual property tours before construction. With several high-fidelity demo spaces built and a lean expert team (Unity developers, SME tech lead, founder), we’re now scaling globally across India and the U.S.

 

Role Overview

We’re hiring our first full-cycle Account Executive to drive pipeline and close deals with mid-market & enterprise developers, brokerages, and construction firms. Prior metaverse or immersive tech sales experience is mandatory.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build a full sales pipeline via outbound (, email, calls) and inbound channels
  • Deliver live demos using interactive virtual properties
  • Lead discovery sessions and value-based presentations to key decision-makers
  • Design and propose pilot engagements with clear KPIs (e.g., conversion, engagement)
  • Close deals and negotiate contracts delivering both business and technical ROI
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and activity tracking in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Collect client feedback to help refine product messaging and roadmap
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline targets

 

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS or PropTech sales
  • Proven experience selling metaverse, VR/AR, digital twin, or immersive platforms
  • Strong track record closing mid-market or enterprise deals (~60–90 day sales cycle)
  • Skilled in consultative selling with both business and tech stakeholders
  • Ability to articulate emotional and business benefits—e.g., accelerated sales, brand differentiation
  • Hunter mentality: proactive prospecting, resilient follow-up, strong objection handling
  • Excellent storytelling skills, especially through virtual/digital demo experiences

Bonus Experience

  • Deep understanding of real estate, construction, or developer ecosystems in India or the U.S.
  • Familiarity with real estate sales workflows and decision cycles
