Electrical infrastructure is the lifeblood of any industrial unit, but it hasn’t benefited from innovation and actionable information in the way that other sectors have. The potential for scale and impact is huge.

**About the role**:
The Enterprise sales team is responsible for revenue growth in new and existing customers that represent the largest prospective accounts for Innvendt by total addressable opportunity. Our daily customer engagements include conversations around how IoT can positively impact electrical networks, workplace safety programs, predictive maintenance strategies, global asset management, and regulatory compliance.

**In this role, you will**:

- Develop Executive-Level relationships within strategic, named accounts.
- Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
- Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns.
- Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting.
- Coordinate the involvement of Field Sales Engineers and support teams so that performance objectives and customers’ expectations are consistently met
- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team

**Minimum requirements for this role**:

- 5+ years experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
- Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts and INR 1 Crore+ ARR transactions
- Experience handling and owning enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships
- Willing and comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting **Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills**:

- Demonstrated ability thriving in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Experience working with line of business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT)
- Awards for top achievement (Top 10%, President’ Club, etc)
- Passion for the world of operations

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
