Position: DEBT SETTLEMENT NEGOTIATOR

Location: Remote

Company: Leading Credit Repair Agency/Debt Settlement in USA and Canada. We specialize in helping individuals resolve unsecured debt through strategic negotiation and personalized financial solutions. Our mission is to empower clients with the tools and support they need to regain financial stability.

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Debt Settlement Negotiator to join our team. This role is critical to our operations, focusing on direct negotiation with creditors to secure favorable settlements for our clients. You will work with clients who have already enrolled in our program and are actively seeking resolution of their outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities:

-Initiate and manage negotiations with creditors, collection agencies, and legal representatives to reduce outstanding balances

-Analyze financial profiles and debt portfolios to determine optimal settlement strategies

-Present hardship cases persuasively to creditors, advocating for reduced payoff amounts and favorable terms

-Track and document all negotiation efforts, settlement offers, and outcomes in our CRM system

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely settlements and client communication post-settlement

-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, creditor behavior, and settlement trends

Requirements:

-Proven experience in debt negotiation, collections, or financial services

-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

-Ability to build rapport with creditors while maintaining professionalism

-High attention to detail and strong documentation skills

-Proficiency in CRM systems and negotiation tracking tools

-Ability to work independently and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment

-Availability to work Pacific Standard Time Shift (GMT -8:00)

-Police Verification required upon offer acceptance, in accordance with local law enforcement

This role involves handling sensitive financial matters and requires discretion, resilience, and a client-first mindset.
