**Corporate Legal Specialist**About the Role:We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating financial agreements.This is a high-impact role pivotal to enabling and supporting our core lending operations.The selected candidate will play a key role in aligning legal documentation with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for co-lending transactions and debt instruments.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide legal support.
  • Liaise with external partners to ensure timely execution of transactions.
  • Ensure all documentation is in line with applicable legal, regulatory, and RBI guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for:
  • Co-lending transactions with Banks/NBFCs
  • Securitisation transactions – including PTC (Pass-Through Certificates) and DA (Direct Assignment)
  • Debt instruments such as Facility Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Corporate Guarantees, and related security documents
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (credit, compliance, finance, business teams) to understand business requirements and provide legal support accordingly
  • Liaise with external partners to ensure timely and compliant execution of transactions
  • Ensure all documentation is in line with applicable legal, regulatory, and RBI guidelines
  • Support due diligence, risk mitigation, and legal compliance checks related to lending activities
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the lending/financial services space
  • Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in co-lending structures, PTC / DA documentation, debt and borrowing transactions
  • Prior work experience in a FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environment is highly preferred
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
