Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee our organization's financial operations.

The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

The role requires proven experience in managing end-to-end financial functions, statutory compliance, foreign transactions, and financial planning while ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Main ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
  • Oversee day-to-day financial functions in compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Manage fund allocation, investments, and cash flow.
  • Ensure accurate bank reconciliation, foreign remittances, and treasury management.
  • Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
Taxation & Compliance
  • Ensure timely filing and compliance of taxes, TDS, and advance tax etc.
  • Monitor tax liabilities and ensure accurate calculation & timely payments.
  • Handle statutory audits, tax assessments, and liaise with auditors and consultants.
  • Maintain compliance with government regulations, financial laws, and organizational policies.
Contract Management
  • Clients billing and follow up with clients for payment.
  • Review, draft, and manage contracts, agreements, and financial clauses with clients and vendors.
  • Ensure financial risk assessment and compliance in agreements.
Banking & Treasury Operations
  • Manage relationships with banks for guarantees, and other facilities.
  • Handle BGs/PBGs, Solvency Certificate, foreign payments, and fund transfers efficiently.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Tax Laws, and Regulatory Requirements.
  • Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
  • Proven experience in handling contracts, agreements, and client billing.
  • Hands-on experience in foreign payments, bank reconciliation, and treasury management.
  • Proficiency in financial software, MS Excel, and financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
