Financial Management Professional">

We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for financial management and analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly reports, building and tracking budgets, forecasts, and working capital models, and collaborating on AOPs and performance dashboards.

  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, including MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Build and track working capital models, identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including vendor payments and receivables, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate audit processes and filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Partner with the ops team to derive insights from financial data and make informed business decisions.
  • Work closely with the finance team to identify areas of improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Support pricing and key business KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Assist in due diligence and reporting as needed.

Requirements:

  • CA-qualified or strong finance/accounting background preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in high-growth startups or financial services.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks is a plus.
