Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished finance professional to spearhead our financial planning, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
This pivotal role plays a critical part in shaping financial strategy, driving business growth, and ensuring adherence to UK accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for client portfolios.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Provide actionable insights on revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
- Maintain full compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS and regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee audits, statutory filings, tax planning, and reporting accuracy.
- Monitor financial risk, implement controls, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Engage with the leadership team, investors, and external auditors.
- Present financial performance updates to the board as a trusted advisor.
- Build relationships across departments to support operational efficiency.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and working capital effectively.
- Lead monthly/quarterly closing processes and consolidation reporting.
- Oversee treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and investment analysis.
- Drive adoption of finance technology tools (e.g., Xero, Dext, Power BI).
- Implement automation initiatives to streamline financial reporting and compliance.
- Leverage analytics to provide real-time dashboards and performance tracking.
- Mentor and lead a distributed finance team across India and the UK.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Develop scalable finance processes to support future business growth.
Requirements include a CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification, 7–10 years of experience in finance, and strong knowledge of UK accounting practices and taxation.
