Job Title: Agreement Specialist

About Our Role:

We are seeking a skilled Agreement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure clear, comprehensive, and enforceable agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Negotiating Contracts: Prepare detailed agreements that meet business needs. Review terms and conditions to identify potential risks and liabilities. Negotiate favorable terms while maintaining balanced risk allocation.
  • Risk Management: Proactively assess contractual, commercial, and execution risks. Implement mitigation strategies and maintain a risk register. Provide early warnings to management regarding potential exposures.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain an organized contract repository, including approvals, correspondence, and variations. Track milestones, obligations, guarantees, insurance, and payments. Ensure audit readiness and transparency in reporting.
  • Continuous Monitoring and Reporting: Track key dates (completion, milestone payments, BG validity). Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. Highlight deviations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Dispute Prevention and Resolution: Monitor performance and obligations to minimize conflicts. Manage claims preparation and defense (EOT, cost escalation, variations). Engage in negotiations, settlements, or formal dispute resolution to safeguard organizational interests.

Requirements: Strong experience in contract management, negotiation & risk assessment. Proven ability to manage documentation, reporting, and dispute resolution. Attention to detail with strong commercial acumen.
