The Role

We're seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a "Climate Introvert," you'll drive change behind the scenes, crafting visually compelling designs that promote sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Create original, purpose-driven designs for sustainable brands across digital and print media
  • Craft visual stories that authentically communicate clients' environmental and social impact
  • Design social media content, infographics, branding elements, website graphics, and campaign materials that inspire climate-positive action
  • Develop illustrations, moodboards, and visual assets that align with our climate-forward ethos
  • Transform complex sustainability concepts into engaging visuals

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
  • Experience with both digital and print design formats
  • A keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles and eco-friendly approaches
