Join HealthTick and together, let's make this world a healthier place.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionOwn the hiring process—sourcing, screening, and onboarding new team members.Develop job descriptions, post roles, and coordinate interviews.Build pipelines for key roles (psychology researchers, health coach, marketing, sales, tech, and product teams)Ensure a great candidate experience and fast turnaround timesHR OperationsSet up basic HR processes (policies, leave management, payroll coordination, etc.).Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.Help define and implement HR best practices as we scale.Employee EngagementCreate initiatives to build a positive and high-performance culture.Plan team bonding activities, wellness programs, and engagement surveys.Be the go-to person for employee queries and support.Performance Management & Growth Assist in setting up performance review processes.Help design learning & development programs.Support managers with feedback and retention strategies.RequirementsStartup Mindset: Comfortable building processed from scratchProblem-Solver: Can work independently and find solutionsPeople-Centric: Ability to create an amazing employee experienceStrong understanding of recruitment best practices, drafting HR policies and the ability to adapt to new methods with at least 1 year prior experienceWe don't expect you to be a know-it-all person, but a learn-it-all person.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
