The Head – Business Development & Strategy (KSA) shall be fully accountable for the outcomes of strategic decisions and actions taken within the scope of business development initiatives.

Commercial Accountability: Responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities that align with the company's strategic and financial objectives. Accountable for the commercial viability and sustainability of deals secured.

Client & Partner Engagements: Personally responsible for maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of relationships with senior stakeholders at Saudi Aramco and major EPC contractors. Any lapses in stakeholder management that affect company reputation or business outcomes will fall under their purview.

Contractual and Tendering Decisions: Accountable for the accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment of submitted tenders and proposals. Any contractual misjudgements, compliance lapses,

Strategic Misalignment or Opportunity Loss: Decisions that result in missed opportunities, poor market positioning, or failure to anticipate competitive threats will be critically evaluated as part of the role's strategic responsibility.

Internal Coordination and Compliance: Responsible for ensuring all business development initiatives are coordinated with internal departments and comply with local regulatory, ethical, and legal requirements.

Education - Master's degree preferred in Project management , Minimum15 - 20 years in EPC industry in charge of projects and experience in client facing roles       Focus shall be on OIL & GAS ,EPC related projects within Saudi Arabia
