Project Manager

Role Overview:
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, HSE, QA/QC, and commercial functions to deliver projects on time and within budget. Represent the company with clients, partners, and contractors to ensure objectives are met and risks are managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of EPC project delivery
Coordinate site and project execution in line with contractual and safety requirements
Manage resource planning and budgetary controls to maximize efficiency and margins
Direct interface with clients, JV partners, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC
Lead claims, contract management, and final documentation / handover
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and Construction Management (Master's preferred)
15+ years managing large-scale oil & gas EPC projects – at least 5+ years in the Middle East
Proven leadership in construction environments
PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
Strong commercial acumen and leadership in a multi-disciplinary project environment
Solid understanding of contract law, EPC models, and project financing
Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships in high-stakes environments
