We are hiring for BID MANAGER in Web Development, Digital Media Marketing and IT Manpower Segment Company Name: Cyfuture India Pvt LtdIndustry: IT Services and IT ConsultingCompany Website: www.Cyfuture.ComLocation: Noida, Sector 81, NSEZ Education: Must have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years experience in Bid, tender, RFP in Web Development, Digital Media Marketing and IT ManpowerKey AccountabilitiesManage the end-to-end bid process.Responding to reactive and proactive bids / opportunitiesPrepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customerResponsible for proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compiling bids & submitting in a timely manner.Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids / design competitions.Manage bidding process, form Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/partners till bid submission.Prepare Pre-Bid Meeting Questionnaire and validate with the pre-bid minutesCompilation of the Technical and Financial BidProcess Tender Fee, EMD, and follow up till endFor successful bids, manage work delivery between partners and internal team.Scan selected target markets for opportunities and identify partners for strategic tie-ups.Play support role for the marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and upcoming bids and tenders.RequirementsMust have 2+ years exp in Bid, tender, RFP in Web Development, Digital Media Marketing and IT ManpowerPrior experience in GeM and other government bid portals Good knowledge of RFPs is requiredStrong relationships with OEMs is preferredWORK FROM OFFICEWhat we offer:A unique opportunity to join collaborative work environment in a hyper-growth contextThe chance to grow your professional and technical skills, with real room for career progressionMedical Insurance by the companyAn employee-friendly compensation structure that includes Tax saving components where the employee can save taxEmployee Engagement, Team outingsAPPLY: If you could see yourself in this role and are keen to be part of our Organization, we look forward to hearing from you.
