Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Channel Partnerships Manager with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team at ARCON. As the Channel Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing new channels for the distribution of our cutting-edge cybersecurity products. Your responsibilities will encompass market research, channel strategy development, and effective implementation to ensure the continued growth and success of ARCON's market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential channels for product distribution. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform channel development strategies.

• Develop strategic plans for channel expansion, outlining clear objectives, tactics, and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives and sales targets.

• Identify and evaluate potential channel partners, including distributors, resellers, system integrators etc. Establish criteria for partner selection and assess partner capabilities to ensure alignment with ARCON's standards and goals.

• Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners through regular communication, training programs, and joint business planning sessions. Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.

• Develop and implement channel programs, incentives, and promotions to drive partner engagement and sales performance. Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to optimize channel performance and maximize revenue generation.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of channel development initiatives. Monitor channel performance against set targets and provide regular reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in channel development, partner management, or sales.

• Proven track record of successfully developing and managing channel partnerships to drive revenue growth.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends to inform strategic decision-making
