Partner with business leaders and clients to design and execute talent acquisition strategies. Manage large-scale hiring projects, including volume, niche, and leadership hiring. Drive process excellence, automation, and continuous improvement in recruitment operations. Lead and mentor recruitment delivery teams to achieve performance and efficiency targets. Collaborate with HR, operations, and technology teams for seamless service delivery. Ensure compliance with client policies, legal standards, and audit requirements.
