Position/Designation: Channel Business Development
Reporting To: Respective Zonal Head
Level: Senior Manager/Associate Vice President
Band: Lead Professional Band II
Qualification: Postgraduate/Graduate
Location: Pune/Hyderabad/Ahmedabad
Experience:
• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 3 years plus in a similar business role is preferred.
Job Description:
This position looks at a person handling the entire Channel business for assigned region. The job is primarily managing & nurturing all the existing channel partner relationship's along with adding new CPs to garner higher market share of business.
In future the job may require hiring, training & nurturing other team members at various locations within the given regions.
Also, the candidate must have sound knowledge of equities along with other people management soft skills.
• To maximize the sales in the assigned region
• To handle & nurture all existing CP relationships.
• To onboard & develop new CPs to expand the business footprint
• Regularly update, assist & motivate the CPs.
• Improvise & implement any business development activities in the assigned region.
• Work as a coordinator between the operations/client servicing and Clients/CPs
Skills Required:
• Must have sound knowledge of Indian equities.
• Practical knowledge & experience of PMS/AIF products.
• People management soft skills.
