Enterprise Sales - BFSI Lead - Cloud & Datacenter
- As the BFSI Sales Leader, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth of our cloud and data center offerings within the BFSI sector in India.
- You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop and execute strategies to capture new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions.
- Your expertise in the BFSI sector, combined with your knowledge of cloud technologies and data center services, will be pivotal in driving revenue and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
- Lead the development and execution of a strategic sales plan focused on the BFSI sector, aligning with the company's growth objectives.
- Mentor, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
-Identify new business opportunities and drive the go-to-market strategy for cloud and data center services in the BFSI domain.
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and influencers within key BFSI accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and business goals to effectively position our cloud and data center solutions.
- Drive complex sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Revenue Growth & Targets:
- Own the sales target for the BFSI vertical, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Focus on both new business acquisition and upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine the sales approach.
Solution Selling & Collaboration:
- Work closely with the solutions engineering and product teams to tailor offerings and solutions to meet the unique needs of the BFSI industry.
- Lead consultative sales discussions to identify customer requirements and propose customized cloud and data center solutions.
- Engage in solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and presentations to showcase the company's capabilities.
Partner & Ecosystem Development:
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with key players in the BFSI sector, including third-party vendors, technology partners, and system integrators.
- Establish a robust partner ecosystem to support business development efforts and expand reach.
Sales Enablement & Reporting:
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and progress reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure the sales team has the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed in the BFSI vertical.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on the BFSI sector, preferably in cloud, data center, or IT infrastructure services.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth, managing large deals, and building lasting relationships with BFSI clients.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory, operational, and technological challenges within the BFSI industry.
Skills:
- Expertise in cloud computing, data center technologies, and their application in the BFSI sector.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to convert business insights into actionable sales plans.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
