Job Overview:

The Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing software solutions that meet the specific needs of the organization. This role involves working closely with management to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of ERP systems or other enterprise software.


Responsibilities:

- Customize software applications to enhance functionality and meet specific business needs.

- Analyze business requirements and identify gaps in existing systems and processes.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets business requirements.

- Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase.

- Provide training to end-users and create user documentation.

- Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot any issues.

- Ensure system enhancements and updates are communicated and adopted by users.

- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in ERP and enterprise software.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.

- Recommend best practices and innovative solutions to improve business operations.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.

- Specialization in business administration or a related field will be advantageous.

- Extensive knowledge of business processes, software development tools, and coding languages.

- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.

- Superb problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.


Experience: Min 2 to 3 years of experience as an ERP consultant in a similar industry
