Role Overview:The Vice President – Compensation & Benefits will lead the design, strategy, and implementation oftotal rewards programs across the businesses. The role will ensure competitive, equitable,and performance-linked compensation frameworks aligned with business objectives and culture.The incumbent will partner with senior leadership and HR teams to drive pay equity, optimize costefficiency, and enhance employee engagement through effective rewards and recognitionprograms.Key Responsibilities:Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive C&B; strategies aligned withorganizational goals and market competitiveness. Conduct regular benchmarking and marketanalysis to maintain competitive pay positioning.Benefits Administration: Oversee design and management of benefits programs, evaluate andoptimize vendors for cost and satisfaction.Performance & Rewards: Integrate pay-for-performance culture, lead annual compensationreview cycles, and manage incentive plans.Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related tocompensation and benefits.Analytics & Insights: Utilize HR analytics for strategic decisions, reporting, and forecasting C&B; trends.Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead the C&B; team, partner with Finance, Legal, andBusiness Heads on planning and governance.Qualifications & Experience: - MBA or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field from a reputed institution. - 10–15 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in FMCG,Manufacturing, or large diversified organizations. - Strong expertise in job evaluation, market benchmarking, compensation modeling, and incentivedesign. - Proficiency with HR analytics tools and compensation management systems.
