What You Will Do

  • Provide analytical and administrational support (analytics, data analysis, etc.) to Total Rewards projects / processes across the globe. The projects / processes cover different aspects of Total Rewards management, such as annual performance pay planning, compensation offer proposals, compensation data audit, short term incentive plan deployment, calculation and administration, benefits / insurance management, invoice management, support transactional mobility management, HRIS, etc.
  • Work under close guidance of Total Rewards COE team as required and provide (administrative) support
  • Indirect liaison with country and regional HR Services & Solutions, provide support as requested, and build relationships with HR support staff.

What We Look For

  • Master of Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4-6 years of experience with all facets of staff benefits, preferably EMEA / US Benefits.
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Ability working toward deadlines, multi-tasking and operating in an environment with shifting priorities
  • Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Knowledge and experience in data analytics and related technologies as an advantage (Tableau, Alteryx, BI Worldwide)
  • Basic C&B technical skills, such as job evaluation, market benchmarking analysis, etc.
  • Ability to build partnerships with internal team members, Human Resources and managers, even when they are located in other parts of the world
  • Experience with Human Resources systems (i.e. Workday)
