**Job Details**

Total Rewards Supervisor is a part of our Global HR Shared Service Center organization, the role is expected to lead a team of TR Analysts to support processes and projects with low to intermediate complexity, follow established procedures, assist project / process owners, and resolve routine total rewards related issues. The person should have exceptional analytical ability, accuracy and attention to detail as well as the ability to prioritize own work to achieve objectives.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Has managed and led employees or teams (project-related or day-to-day) - managed deadlines, deliverables, driven accountability and held development discussions.
- Experience working in a global or multinational company delivering reporting requirement regionally or globally, preferably in a HR Shared Service set-up.
- Is a leader, self-starter and a problem solver. Can identify problems and perform root cause analysis and mitigations.
- Well versed with data protection principles, knows how to process confidential and sensitive employee information.
- Manage and deliver on a broad range of Total Rewards processes such as annual performance pay planning, compensation offer proposals, compensation data audit, short term incentive plan deployment, calculation and administration, US benefits / insurance management, invoice management, support transactional mobility management, HRIS, etc.
- Indirect liaison with country and regional HR Services & Solutions, provide support as requested, and build relationships with HR support staff.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 7 to 10 years of experience with all facets of staff benefits, preferably EMEA / US Benefits.
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Ability working toward deadlines, multi-tasking and operating in an environment with shifting priorities
- Drive high performance culture and has a good understanding / experience implementing process KPIs.
- Good people management and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic Comp & Ben technical skills, such as job evaluation, market benchmarking analysis, etc.
- Ability to build partnerships with internal team members, Human Resources and managers, even when they are in other parts of the world
- Experience with Human Resources systems (i.e. Workday, HR ServiceNow)
- A transition experience is an advantage.
