Our aim is to build tech-enabled solutions that improve access to affordable and quality 'Eyewear for All'. We commenced operations in India as an online business in 2010 and opened our first retail store in New Delhi in 2013. Since then, we have scaled through both online and offline channels, establishing a presence through our retail stores, websites, mobile applications, and other channels.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Total Rewards located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Manager Total Rewards will be responsible for overseeing compensation planning, job evaluation, benefits administration, and overall compensation & benefits management. The role involves developing reward strategies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and managing compensation budgets. Additionally, the Manager will collaborate with HR and management to design competitive pay structures and benefit programs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Compensation Planning, Compensation Management, and Compensation & Benefits
- Skills in Job Evaluation and Benefits Administration
- Ability to develop and implement reward strategies
- Knowledge of legal regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Experience in the retail or tech industries is advantageous
