Established in 2020 as a greenfield venture of the Tata Group, the company aims to serve global customers through integrated offerings across a trusted electronics and semiconductor value chain.Job Role:We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits to join our HR team at Hosur, Tamil Nadu (Near Bangalore). The role involves managing total rewards processes, Markey survey, Employee Value proposition. ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and providing insights to optimize compensation and benefits programs. Close collaboration with payroll and HR teams is essential for maintaining accuracy and compliance.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and analyse compensation and benefits data. - Ensure compliance with labour laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.). - Manage Total rewards processes, Markey survey, Employee Value proposition. - Support the design and implementation of compensation policies. - Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting. - Conduct salary benchmarking and market research. - Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs. - The candidate has a clear understanding of the DL and IDL compensation structures and minimum wagesQualification & Experience:- 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards. - Understanding of the Total rewards processes, Markey survey, Employee Value proposition. - Candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes (such as IIMs, NMIMS, SIBM, XISS, XIMB, TISS, etc.) with 1 to 3 years of experience will also be considered. - Experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry will be a strong advantage.
