Job Description:Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, non-technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).Must have worked on MSP/VMS model.Must have US Staffing experience in IT /Engineering / Semiconductor / Aerospace / Non IT / BP / BFSI / Marketing / Creative requirements for only worked Direct clients on W2 experience. Must have experience in dealing W2 only with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.Proven successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry.Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.To understand the of IT /Engineering / Aerospace / Semiconductor / Business Professional/BFSI /Non IT requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.Sourcing and screening potential IT/ Business Professional/Engineering/ Pharma from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.Skills:Must have minimum 2-4 years hiring experience into IT /Engineering / Semiconductor / Aerospace / Business Professional/BFSI / Non IT recruitment with direct clients only.The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.Education:Bachelor’s Degree is preferred however combination of education and experience will also be considered.Benefits – Attractive Base Salary + 4% Recurring Incentives + Health Benefits + Other Standard Benefits (Paid Leaves/Vacation etc.)+ Excellent Rewards & Recognition program.About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
