With employee strength of 18 HR consultant & 5 Database Management Executives, NMDCON has placed over 2000 personnel across Pan India. NMDCON specializes in Head Hunting and Bulk Recruitment. NMDCON maintains seamless communication with clients to ensure smooth flow of information. NMDCON owes a great deal of success to the matrix by geography and industry practice, which enables it to provide clients with consistent service across all segments. Armed with a databank of “live” quality CVs, NMDCON renders prompt service within 48 hours of getting an assignment. NMDCON employs advanced process techniques for search and recruitment. This includes prospecting an assignment to verification, interviews and final selection. What We Are Looking For? Looking for an experienced professional with an in-depth knowledge of recruitment lifecycle management, revenue management, business unit management. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment Handling the complete recruitment life cycle (RLCM) for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements Handling RPO Understanding client’s requirement JD Defining/ Writing Finding prospective and suitable candidates Headhunting through personal and industrial network Conduct search for top-notch candidates from the database, through head – hunting, pre-screen him/her, set up interviews and continues the process till the client organization finds the right individual Communicating with the prospective candidates Short listing candidates for lining – up for Interview Provide highest quality standards and the most comprehensive research to assist clients in attaining their strategic human resource goals and to assist job aspirants in achieving their personal career goal Client Relationship Management Post interview co – ordination with the client Account Management of the existing clients Client interaction Client development and relationship building with client Build solid and far-reaching relationships with the clients to understand their requirements Process Development Identifying the lacuna in talent acquisition team Process reengineering and designing for Talent Acquisition Team Defining and implementing new strategies for Talent Acquisition Team Team Building & Development Identifying the competency of individual team member’s Developing individual team members Succession planning for team members and implementing long term career development strategies for individual team members.
