Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Daily tasks include identifying talent needs, implementing hiring strategies, engaging in employer branding activities, coordinating and conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and supporting workforce planning initiatives. The focus will be on building an inclusive and diverse workforce aligned with Sodexo's goals and values.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and hands-on experience with Hiring processes
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting, with the ability to assess and select top talent effectively
  • Experience in Employer Branding, with a focus on creating strategies to attract diverse candidates
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and hiring analytics is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or HR in the services sector is a plus
