results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist
with strong experience in
high-volume retail sales hiring

corporate recruitment
. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring, partnering with business leaders, and driving recruitment strategies across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail and corporate roles.
  • Partner with business teams to plan and meet hiring targets.
  • Source top talent using job portals, social media, and headhunting.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience and cultural fit.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    8 years' experience
    in talent acquisition (retail + corporate).
  • MBA/PGDBM in HR
    or equivalent.
  • Skilled in
    LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS tools
    .
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
