Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Non IT Location: Delhi- NSP Department: Human Resources About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in Non-IT recruitment , preferably from the cosmetics, or consumer goods industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for senior and strategic roles, playing a pivotal role in attracting and securing top talent to support our growth and innovation goals. Key Responsibilities: Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-level to senior lateral positions across multiple departments. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies accordingly. Source potential candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards,etc.) Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture. Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage communication with all stakeholders. Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate information. Provide a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring needs. Collaborate with HR and other internal teams for offer negotiation, onboarding, and joining formalities. Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.) and continuously optimize processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, specifically handling mid to lateral-level hiring. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive mindset. Experience with ATS systems is a plus. Understanding of employment laws and best hiring practices.
