Urgent Hiring – Talent Acquisition Specialist (On-site, Bangalore)

We are looking for a proactive and skilled
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to support our hiring needs.

Selected candidates will work on-site and will be deployed via Xpheno.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines
  • Strong follow-up with candidates and internal teams
  • Ensuring candidates can justify experience mentioned in their CVs and verifying role fit
  • Working across multiple hiring requirements with versatility
  • Using ATS tools efficiently for tracking and updating candidate status
  • Coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Managing e-commerce hiring requirements (preferred)

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
  • Good communication skills (Good to Excellent)
  • Experience working with
    ATS tools
  • Stakeholder management skills (added advantage)
  • Experience hiring for
    e-commerce roles
    (preferred)
  • Ability to ensure CVs are
    crisp, precise, and well-formatted

Location:
Bangalore (On-site)

Salary Range:
Up to
7 LPA
