The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of creative industries, excellent networking skills, and the ability to identify and attract top creative talent.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative positions — from sourcing to onboarding.Build strong talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and creative platforms.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.Conduct interviews, evaluate portfolios, and assess creative suitability.Requirements:Degree in Human Resources, Mass Communication, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in creative or media industry hiring.Strong understanding of creative roles and their skill sets.Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in using recruitment and other sourcing tools.Good to Have:Prior experience hiring for digital media, production houses, or content studios.Understanding of creative portfolios and storytelling formats.
