Role: US IT Recruiter/ Sr. US IT RecruiterLocation: Noida, Sector 62 Shift: EST work hours (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:Work as a specialized IT recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates for diverse technology positions including Software Development, Quality & Testing, Database & Infrastructure, Cloud & DevOps, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity Analysts, Network Engineers, System Administrators, Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Salesforce Developers, ServiceNow Developers etcAnalyze job descriptions in depth to identify required technical skills, certifications, experience levels, and cultural fit requirementsSource qualified candidates from multiple channels including job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche technology communitiesConduct comprehensive resume screening and technical pre-qualification calls that go beyond basic availability and compensation discussionsPerform detailed candidate assessments covering technical expertise, project experience, domain knowledge, and career aspirationsLeverage social media recruiting strategies and proactive headhunting techniques to build talent pipelinesMaintain meticulous attention to detail in reviewing resumes for accuracy, consistency, and professionalismCoordinate interview schedules, manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process, and facilitate offer negotiationsWHAT WE NEED:4-7 years of proven US IT recruitment experience - non-negotiable requirementDemonstrated success in working directly with end clients (not just third-party vendors)Expert-level proficiency in Boolean search techniques and advanced keyword manipulation to generate diverse, relevant candidate poolsSubstantial experience recruiting for W2 positions with direct clientsStrong track record of full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboardingExcellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage candidate expectations and close offers effectivelyProactive recruiting approach - consistently builds talent pipelines and maintains candidate relationships aligned with client needs, rather than reactive searching only when reqs are assignedSelf-motivated individual with a resilient, never-say-die attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentFamiliarity with ATS systems (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools for recruitment managementWHAT WE OFFER:Opportunity to work with leading US clients across diverse industriesCompetitive compensation structure with performance-based incentivesProfessional growth in a dynamic staffing environmentCollaborative team culture with experienced recruitment professionals
