This is a critical leadership role responsible for building and executing a scalable hiring strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of leading high-performing recruitment teams in fast-paced, tech-driven environments, along with deep expertise in recruitment operations, stakeholder management, and employer branding.RESPONSIBILITIESRecruitment Strategy & Workforce PlanningDevelop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organisation’s goals, including workforce planning, talent pipelines, and succession planning.Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, niche job boards, and headhunting techniques, to identify and attract diverse, top-tier talent.Global & Lateral HiringTake ownership of senior leadership role, ensuring alignment with the organisation's vision, values, and strategic priorities.Design and execute hiring strategies for key global markets, including the US, and APAC, in alignment with business expansion plans.Collaborate closely withl business leaders to understand role requirements, talent availability, and local hiring nuances.Campus HiringDrive a structured campus hiring program targeting engineering and management institutes to build a strong early-talent pipeline.Build long-term relationships with campuses, design engaging programs to position the brand as an employer of choiceRecruitment Operations & AnalyticsBuild scalable, data-driven hiring frameworks to support rapid growth across geographies and functions (Tech, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.)Introduce automation, AI tools, and analytics for pipeline efficiency and predictive hiring.Continuously improve the recruitment process through innovative tools and strategies, ensuring it is efficient, inclusive, and results-oriented.Must-Have:MBA (specialisation in Human Resources/Operations) with 15-18 years of relevant functional experience with an IT services/product companyData-driven mindset with strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills.Experience in global hiring across India, US and APACAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives.Outstanding communication and presentation skillsShould be comfortable navigating a dynamic environment with changing needs.
