Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Objective

Drive business growth through strategic partnerships, consulting mandates, AeroDef Academy outreach, and investor engagement for the syndicate.

Key Responsibilities

·      Identify and develop new business opportunities across consulting and training.

·      Build relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, MSMEs, and investors.

·      Prepare proposals, MoUs, and partnership agreements.

·      Represent AeroDef Nexus at industry events and webinars.

·      Collaborate with marketing for BD campaigns.

KPIs

·      Acquisition of new consulting clients within 6 months.

·      Strategic partnerships signed per quarter.

·      Syndicate investor onboarding targets achieved.

Application Screening Criteria

·      Demonstrated BD success in aerospace/defense sector.

·      Proposal drafting, negotiation, C-level engagement.

·      Existing network in defense or aerospace preferred.
