Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex cases when required.Maintain records of interactions and update customer information in the system.Follow up on pending queries to ensure customer satisfaction.Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.Meet daily/weekly performance targets and service-level standards.
