Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients to collect and collect necessary documents for account opening.
  • Assist customers throughout the account onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Initiate contact with active and prospective clients to promote products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat, offering accurate and helpful information.
  • Clearly explain company products, features, and benefits to customers.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the internal database accurately.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and other relevant communication.
  • Handle day-to-day documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and quick resolution of issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, tele sales, or client servicing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
