Role Overview:  Lead a high-performing sales team focused on converting high-intent leads into enrollments for premium programs priced between - 1.5 Lakh - 2 Lakh. Drive revenue, enforce process discipline, and coach the team for excellence. Job Title: Sales Team Lead Key Responsibilities: ● Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 6-12 sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. ● Set and monitor daily and weekly sales targets aligned with revenue goals. ● Own part of the revenue quota and ensure 90%+ team target achievement. ● Drive conversions for high-ticket consultative sales programs. ● Coach sales executives on consultative selling techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies. ● Track and analyze key funnel metrics: conversion rate (3-6%), connect rate, and productivity. ● Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and pipeline management. ● Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead flow and customer experience. ● Implement and enforce sales processes to ensure consistency and scalability. ● Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to the team. Required Skillsets: ● Proven 4-6 years of experience in B2C inside sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership role. ● Expertise in high-ticket consultative sales and closing large-ticket deals. ● Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales performance management. ● Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities. ● Process-oriented mindset with strong discipline around sales execution. ● Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills.
