About the Role

We at KaroTrip are looking for a tele caller for contributing to the sales of our company. You will be responsible for maintaining good customer relationships and closing the sales deal over calls. A successful tele caller representative must be excellent at communication. He should also be comfortable and agreeable to represent the product or services over calls and resolve clients' complaints and queries. In this role, you have to contribute to the company's growth by bringing in customers.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
  • Calling customers and updating them about the company's products, services, or new launches
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Noting customer requirements or orders and processing the same to the concerned department
  • Directing potential sales leads to the Sales Representatives
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or High school diploma.
  • 3+ years of work experience as a Tele Sales Executive, Tele Sales Representative, or a related/similar role/job position in the Sales department.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota.
  • Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems.
  • Efficient with English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
