We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple channels.
This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing roadmap, managing a team of marketers and designers, and working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans across all channels - digital, offline, and social - aligned with business goals.
- Lead and inspire a team of marketers and designers, ensuring performance, creativity, and collaboration.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Creative to ensure marketing alignment and synergy.
- Develop, manage, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging consistency.
- Create and oversee the development of compelling marketing content, sales collateral, and campaign assets.
- Monitor, measure, and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies to meet performance goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving consumer behaviors to drive innovation in marketing Minimum 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced or B2B/B2C environment.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory).
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong command of digital marketing - including SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid media like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proven analytical skills with a knack for interpreting complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar.
- Strong creative sensibility and attention to detail for branding and messaging.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads and Meta Certified Professional.
- Proficient in third-party tools like SEMrush, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- Experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product marketing is a plus
