
Sales Executive – International Travel

Key Responsibilities:
- Call qualified travel leads provided by the marketing team and convert them into bookings.
- Act as a destination expert, offering in-depth knowledge and guidance on international locations including Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia, and more.
- Understand customer preferences, budgets, and travel styles to recommend the best-fit itineraries and packages.
- Build strong client relationships through timely follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status and key notes.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth post-sale service and customer handover.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of global travel destinations and international travel trends.
- Highly organized, target-driven, and proactive.
Experience:
- 3 years of proven experience in international travel sales or a similar role in the travel industry.
- Experience as a destination specialist or consultant will be highly preferred.
