Title: Sponsorship Lead

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate

Location: Delhi

Key responsibilities:

Some of the broad responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Develop and execute the sponsorship strategy for Kestone Utsav's live events.

•Identify potential sponsors, build a robust pipeline, and convert opportunities into signed partnerships.

•Craft compelling sponsorship proposals and packages aligned with brand objectives and event positioning.

•Lead negotiations, contract closures, and relationship management with sponsors.

•Collaborate with internal teams (event production, marketing, client servicing) to ensure sponsorship deliverables are met.

•Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and brand spends in the live events &experiential industry.

•Drive revenue targets through sponsorship sales and ensure repeat business.

•Represent Kestone Utsav in industry forums, conferences, and networking events to strengthen brand presence.

Skills & Educational qualification:

•Bachelor's degree in Events or a related field.

•10–15 years of experience in sponsorship sales/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media.

•Strong network with brand decision-makers, agencies, and corporates.

•Proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals.

•Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

•Strategic thinker with the ability to align sponsorship opportunities with brand objectives.

•Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•Passion for live events, culture, and experiences.

•Proficiency in content management tools (e.g., WordPress) and basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
