Sponsorship Strategist

Sponsorship Lead is responsible for developing and executing sponsorship strategies for live events.

• Identify potential sponsors, build a robust pipeline, and convert opportunities into signed partnerships.
• Craft compelling sponsorship proposals and packages aligned with brand objectives and event positioning.
• Lead negotiations, contract closures, and relationship management with sponsors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsorship deliverables are met.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in Events or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in sponsorship sales/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media.
• Strong network with brand decision-makers, agencies, and corporates.
• Proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align sponsorship opportunities with brand objectives.
