We are now looking to build our inside sales muscle — not as a transactional sales engine, but as a strategic function that can listen deeply, build trust, and convert conversations into meaningful partnerships.
Role OverviewThe Inside Sales Manager will play a critical role in shaping how potential clients experience PIVUT in their very first conversation. This role requires someone with strong business acumen, the ability to engage senior stakeholders, and the presence to hold consultative conversations with CHROs, CXOs, and decision-makers. You'll work closely with our founder, and delivery leads to own inbound and outbound lead engagement, qualify opportunities, and co-create compelling proposals that convert interest into trust.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Engagement & Qualification- Engage with inbound leads and drive structured outbound outreach to potential clients
- Hold high-quality discovery conversations to uncover client needs, pain points, and transformation goals
- Qualify leads using a consultative lens — not just checklists
- Build credibility and trust in early conversations with CXO/CHRO-level stakeholders
- Represent PIVUT's offerings clearly and insightfully — from deep coaching journeys to top team interventions
- Follow up with strategic intent, maintaining momentum through multiple touchpoints
- Maintain structured CRM records and dashboards
- Track and report lead status, opportunity health, and conversion metrics
- Ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks — while staying human and relationship-first
- Maintain clear documentation of sales progress and next steps
- A consultative, insight-driven sales mindset — not a script reader
- Comfort and credibility in speaking with CXO-level stakeholders
- Strong articulation skills — written and verbal
- High ownership, responsiveness, and maturity in handling relationships
- Ability to translate complexity into clarity — and confidence into commitment
- Comfort working in a startup-like, high-agency, collaborative environment
What Kind of Past Experience Helps
We're looking for someone sharp, emotionally intelligent, and energized by human conversations. Ideal experience includes 4–5 years in:
- Inside sales, consultative sales, or business development roles
- Sectors like leadership development, HR tech, SaaS, or premium B2B services
- Roles that required engaging with senior stakeholders and owning conversions
- Environments where both relationships and outcomes mattered
