About the Role:


As the B2B Marketing Manager at Workstore Pvt Limited, you will drive lead generation and brand growth across our key verticals: Dyson hand dryers, cleaning equipment, lighting, office supplies, and gifting solutions. You will own and execute multi-channel campaigns, leveraging platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to attract high-quality B2B leads.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored for B2B audiences.
  2. Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, ensuring maximum ROI.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts and nurture prospects through the funnel.
  4. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead management and reporting.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on lead generation.
  • Proven expertise in Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaign management.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
