Location: Mumbai CTC: As per experience The B2B / Demand Manager will drive corporate partnerships and bulk demand generation. This role focuses on securing occupancy through corporate tie-ups, universities, brokers, institutions, endorsements, relocation agencies, and commercial parks. You will play a key role in positioning Union Living as the preferred housing partner for corporates and institutions. Identify and onboard corporate partners, institutions, relocation agencies, and commercial parks. Manage the full B2B sales cycle – from prospecting and meetings to closures. Run targeted B2B campaigns with the marketing team using LinkedIn outreach and email marketing tools. Negotiate and close long-term housing agreements. Track demand metrics and prepare performance reports. 4–7 years in B2B sales, hospitality, or real estate. ~ Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. ~ CRM, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools expertise. Ownership of Union's B2B demand strategy.
